One of our favorite things to do is check out films by our favorite filmmakers when they branch out beyond the strict boundaries of the horror genre. Behold David Cronenberg’s A HISTORY OF VIOLENCE, based on the graphic novel written by John Wagner with artwork by Deadworld’s Vince Locke.
Jeff tells his story where he met Cronenberg at the movies red carpet premier in LA, Mike H Runs down his prolific list of shows he’s gone to and we have a call from the Necro Phone.

Gordon was known for his interpretations of Lovecraft’s source material. Dagon is loosely based on the novella, The Shadow over Innsmouth, one of HPL’s most well-known pieces.
