Mike and Mike continue their Summer Horror Series with the 1981 slasher The Burning. The film features early roles for Jason Alexander, Holly Hunter, Fisher Stevens and some other familiar faces.  Also worth noting for you progressive rock fans, Rick Wakeman composed a killer score.

Mike and Mike cover the all-but-forgotten classic, The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane from 1977.  It’s an uncomfortable little gem that features a pre-Apocalypse Now Martin Sheen as a pedophile who has his creepy intentions set on a post-Taxi Driver Jody Foster.

Luckily master of horror Stephen King gave a shout out to this sinister, small town thriller.  Mike H and Mike S cover this 2018 serial killer horror movie with a solid cast featuring Dylan McDermott as a cringey scout master with a deadly fetish.

NECROMANIACS 084 I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE

Did you know that the infamous 1978 exploitation film I Spit on Your Grave was remade in 2010? Not only was it remade, but there were two sequels to the remake as well as an official sequel to the original where Camille Keaton reprises her role as Jennifer Hills? Mike S and Mike H take a look at the divisive, uncomfortable films with a focus on the 2010 remake. Are these films valid commentary, sleazy exploitation, or a little bit of both? You decide!
